Understanding

Every day, hundreds of messages arrive across Slack, Telegram, WhatsApp, Gmail, and more. Most of it is noise. Some of it matters — a lot.

OpenLoomi reads across all your connected platforms, figures out what actually deserves your attention, and surfaces it in one structured workspace. Instead of context-switching between apps, you get a single place where the important stuff is already found, grouped, and ready to act on.

Tip: If you’re new to OpenLoomi, the Glossary defines all core terms in one place.

Three things that make this work

Events

OpenLoomi doesn’t just forward messages. It reads conversations, identifies what they’re about, and groups related messages into a single Event — one card per real-world thing happening.

Your Focus view shows these events ranked by priority: High, Medium, and Low. You see what needs attention now, not a flood of unread counts.

Inside each event, you can read the full thread, ask OpenLoomi questions about it, reply directly to the original platform, and attach notes or files — all without leaving OpenLoomi.

How it all fits together

Connected platforms (Slack, Telegram, Gmail, WhatsApp, ...) OpenLoomi reads and groups into Events Focus → ranked by priority (High / Medium / Low) Tracking → organized by your Context tabs Interests tune both views toward what you care about

The more you use OpenLoomi — following people, adding topics, replying to events — the better it gets at knowing what deserves your attention.
